Cyclic weather patterns of droughts and floods, continue to impact humans despite mitigation efforts to hold back the flow. Each new flood event unleashes a wave of emotions which break against our physical and mental barriers in our desperate search for survival whilst continually we ask “will the levee hold?” All the time, hoping that what we have prepared is sufficient.
